These Trademark Usage Guidelines set out the rules for using or referring to the trademarks and service marks owned by Airopedic™ or its affiliates — including the Airopedic™ and BackUup™ marks, which are valuable intellectual property.

The mark for our patented flexing backrest technology, used on our chairs.
Prohibited uses
What you may not do
- ×Use the Airopedic™ marks as your company, product or service name, domain name, or social media profile name.
- ×Use our logos without our written permission.
- ×Use the marks in false or misleading advertising.
- ×Associate the marks with objectionable material.
- ×Disparage Airopedic™, its products or its services.
Permissible uses
What you may do
- ✓Refer to Airopedic™'s actual products or services in your marketing materials, where you are authorised to do so.
- ✓Indicate your relationship to Airopedic™ products through accurate referential phrases.
